Terms of Service

Overview

SnapTemplate Co provides digital photo booth designs available as instant downloads (PNG), custom-designed templates (PSD + PNG), and custom start-screen animations (MP4). By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to these terms.

License & Usage

• Each purchase grants a single-use, non-exclusive license for the specified event or personal use.
• Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as standalone files.
• You may use purchased templates in your photo booth business for client events.

Instant Downloads

Instant download purchases are delivered immediately via email. Download links expire after 7 days. Due to the digital nature of the product, all instant download sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us for assistance.

Custom Templates

• Custom templates are delivered within the selected turnaround time (standard 3 business days, or faster with rush options).
• You may request revisions during the review and approval process in your dashboard.
• Refunds for custom templates are available if work has not yet begun. Once a draft has been delivered, we will work with you to reach a satisfactory result.

Custom Design Orders — Scope & Revisions

• Custom work (templates and animations) includes revisions during the review and approval process until you approve your proof. Revisions refine your current design — they do not restart it.
• Custom animations are designed within your chosen category's style (Wedding, Party, Corporate, Holiday, Retro, or Neon). Switching to a different category, or requesting an entirely new concept after design has begun, constitutes a new order.
• Character or mascot animation, frame-by-frame illustration, multi-scene storyboarded sequences, and exact recreations of designs we did not create are outside the scope of standard custom orders and are quoted separately on request.
• Watermarked previews are provided for review only and may not be used in production. Final files are delivered after approval.

Client-Supplied Materials & Copyright

• By uploading or requesting the use of any logo, image, artwork, text, or other material in your order, you represent and warrant that you own it or hold all permissions and licenses required for its use, including any copyrighted or trademarked material.
• SnapTemplate Co is not liable for any claim arising from the use of materials you provide or request. You agree to indemnify and hold SnapTemplate Co harmless from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from materials supplied or requested by you.
• We may decline to use material we reasonably believe infringes a third party's rights.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

SnapTemplate Co provides templates “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our templates, including but not limited to compatibility issues with specific photo booth software.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
