These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of SnapTemplate Co.'s ("we," "our," or "us") services accessible through https://www.snaptemplateco.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to abide by these terms.
Service Overview: SnapTemplate Co. provides design services based strictly on the information and materials you submit via our website form. We create custom designs according to your instructions.
Client Responsibilities and Warranties: You warrant and represent that you own or have the rights and appropriate commercial licenses for any graphics, logos, images, or content submitted through our website. You acknowledge it is your sole responsibility to verify and secure all necessary permissions or licenses for the commercial use of any materials you provide.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SnapTemplate Co. harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the infringement of copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party based on your submitted materials.
Intellectual Property: SnapTemplate Co. retains all intellectual property rights in the designs created unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon completion and full payment, you receive a license to use the final delivered design(s) as intended.
Limitations of Liability: SnapTemplate Co. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to claims of infringement.
Payments and Revisions: Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated during the ordering process. The number of revisions included and additional revision costs (if applicable) will be stated clearly during your order placement.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your order or access to our services at any time for violations of these TOS. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payments owed for services provided up to the termination date.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms: SnapTemplate Co. reserves the right to modify or revise these TOS at any time. Updates will be posted on this page along with the effective date.
